Cherished Glimpse: Pregnancy Announcement Package For expecting moms 9+ weeks This 15-minute 2D ultrasound session is perfect for when you simply want to check in and connect with your little one—no frills, just the reassurance your mama heart needs. ✔️ Determine baby’s position ✔️ Listen to your baby’s heartbeat ✔️ All images sent to your phone or email ✔️ Includes 4 printed black-and-white photos ✔️ Option to purchase additional printed photos for just $2 each ✨ Add-ons: • Thumb drive with all session images – $15 • Expecting twins? Add $30 and enjoy 10 extra minutes of scan time 📸 Printed images are not included beyond the initial 4 unless upgraded. All sessions come with digital images texted or emailed for your convenience. 🚫 Gender determination is not included with this package.
Cancellation Policy
For the best ultrasound images, we kindly encourage you to stay well-hydrated in the days leading up to your appointment—proper hydration can help improve the clarity of your baby's images! We request that you provide 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We do not offer refunds, however if the tech determines we are unable to obtain good images of your baby due to baby’s position we let you come back for a free rescan. Rescans are offered during our regular business hours. Please Note ~ This ‘Complimentary Repeat Scan Guarantee’ excludes scenarios in which Mom-To-Be has not properly hydrated prior to her appointment, thus resulting in unclear images. We do not have a refund policy, as we will always do our very best in the time allotted to get you wonderful images and memories. We do have a re-scan policy. If baby had a shy day and did not allow us to get images in the time allowed, we will set you up for one complimentary re-scan at technician's discretion.
